What services do you offer?

What areas do you service?

We currently serve various regions in New Jersey, including Howell, Jackson, Lakewood, Manalapan, Manchester, and Toms River. In New York, we cover Bensonhurst, Boro Park, Five Towns, Long Beach, Flatbush, Kensington, Marine Park, West Hempstead, and Queens. During the summer months (June - August) we additionally service the Catskills.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled through call, text, WhatsApp, or online!

What are your hours?

Our offices are open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm, Sundays and Fridays from 9 am to 1:30 pm. Currently, we are open Saturday night in the 5 Towns & Lakewood, from 7:00pm - 10:30 pm. 

Which insurances do you accept?

We accept most insurance plans, including state Medicaid plans and Medicare! Insured patients have no service fee, but standard office visit copays will apply based on your insurance plan. Feel free to contact us here if you have any questions about coverage.

How quickly do you come to my house?

We pride ourselves on our fast service - our team often arrives within an hour of scheduling! For added convenience, you can also choose a specific time or day that works best for you!

How long does an appointment usually take ?

The duration of an appointment varies based on the specific services required and the patient's condition.   Typically, appointments take around 15 minutes. Our professionals ensure thorough and efficient care during each visit.

Who are the nurses entering my home?

We prioritize your safety and comfort. All our medical professionals are licensed, thoroughly vetted, and undergo comprehensive background checks. Our nurses and technicians maintain the highest standards of professionalism to ensure you feel secure and at ease during your visit.

If I don't have insurance, will you still come to my house?

Yes! We provide at-home medical services even if you don't have insurance. However, a service fee will apply. Feel free to contact us to discuss pricing and payment options—we're here to ensure you get the care you need.

Can you prescribe medications?

Our licensed medical professionals can assess your condition during the visit and, if appropriate, prescribe medications to support your treatment plan. Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy for convenient pickup or delivery. 

Do you send out labs for testing?

Yes, we collect and send out various lab tests for quick and accurate results. This includes overnight strep tests, viral panels, and bloodwork as ordered by your doctor. Most bloodwork results are available by the next day, and we ensure timely follow-up to discuss the findings and any necessary next steps.
