What is included in my membership?
Service hours, medication reminders and access to our medical professionals are included in each membership tier.
Is insurance accepted?
While our membership fees are out of pocket, most major insurances, including medicare and medicaid, are accepted for all medical related services.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed care company.
While on the clock, do you take your own car?
We can take whichever our member prefers. Our main goal is to keep you comfortable in all situations.
Can I request the same companion?
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are you available weekends?
Our office is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, but our companions will have a flexible schedule to give you the utmost care.
Are you medically trained?
All of our companions are trained in CPR and basic emergency medical skills.
Will companions run errands without me?
Sure. Our companions will have an allotted amount of time per month for any errands you need, with or without you.
Will they stay will me at my doctor's appointment?
Yes! Our companions will drive you to your appointment and stay with you throughout the appointment to keep you company and drive you home.
Can a caregiver book a visit on behalf of a patient?
Sure! As long as they are the designated health proxy.
